Charlotte Sherman
I am a native of Berkeley County and have lived in the Eastern Panhandle of WV my entire life.
My husband and I have been involved with the housing industry for more than 35 years as an award winning custom home builder, land developer and building material supplier.
My real estate career began in 1995 when I began managing a RE/MAX franchise with focus on advertising for 5 agents who together had the largest share of real estate transactions in Berkeley County.
I left that position for a brief period of time to focus on Internet marketing for Realtors, creating and maintaining websites for local Realtors.
I returned to the industry and became a licensed Realtor in 1999 and licensed Broker in 2003.
In 1999 I was implemental in opening a new RE/MAX franchise which I managed for over 10 years, becoming the broker/owner of two RE/MAX franchises in 2005.
I have earned the GRI, ABR, cRFA and SFR designations for training in specialty fields of real estate practice.
In 2009 I joined Keller Williams Rice Realty and had the highest producing team at KW in WV.
While a member of Keller Williams I was a member of the Agent Leadership Council (top 10% sales production in the office), attended ALC regional trainings, attended Franchise Systems Orientation at the corporate offices in Austin, TX and attended annual Family Reunions. I earned the Sliver award for sales production annually. Participated in the annual KW Red Day of community service.
A member of the National Association of Realtors and local and state associations. Recognized as a member of the Top Producers Club and the Hall of Fame. Past member of the
A member of the National Association of Home Builders and the local and state associations. Awarded the Builder of the Year and as a Life Director on the state and local level. Active volunteer and exhibitor at the annual Home Show. Currently serving as a State Director.
A member of the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and participate in their various networking activities. A past member of the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and volunteer at their annual golf tournament.
A life member of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority, participating in over 40 years of community service projects from the Pediatric Heart Clinic to Hospice of the Panhandle.
My family has served as a host family for the Rotary International Student Exchange Program and I am a past president of the Berkeley Springs Rotary Club.
Past member of the Board of Directors of the former Care Pregnancy Center of the Eastern Panhandle. Past volunteer with United Way Day of Caring Mega Food Drive.
